Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture from ABET-accredited or NCARB-certified institution; master's preferred but not required.
• Proven experience in architectural project teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for mentoring and guiding teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the project team while coordinating design, production, and calculations.
• Quantify bid items, prepare cost estimates, and develop comprehensive documents.
• Coordinate with in-house disciplines and manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Serve as technical lead reporting to Senior Architect and drive quality across deliverables.
