Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Project Architect for our Phoenix, Arizona office to lead planning, design, documentation and construction administration across diverse markets.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with clients and authorities, ensure code compliance, and deliver high-quality projects on schedule.

A Bachelor's in Architecture, licensure, 10+ years of experience, Revit proficiency and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years experience.
• Registered Architect.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit.
• Strong knowledge of codes and planning.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, documentation and construction administration.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams through all project phases.
• Prepare and review construction documents and specifications.
• Conduct QA/QC and cross-discipline reviews.
• Ensure code compliance and timely deliverables.
