Job summary

HDR is seeking an Industrial Project Architect to lead design and documentation for diverse industrial facilities, including data centers and water treatment plants. You will guide teams, ensure code compliance, and collaborate with clients and authorities having jurisdiction.

Preferred candidates have a Master’s in Architecture, registered status, and strong Revit proficiency, with a track record of mentoring staff and delivering complex projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or close field required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in industrial architecture.
• Registered Architect.
• Experience with Autodesk Revit and familiarity with related tools and process.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, documentation and construction administration for multiple building types.
• Coordinate owner/client and internal meetings for code compliance and project reviews.
• Manage and deliver construction documents and milestone deliverables.
• Oversee design activities and production of detailed construction documents.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary work through all project phases.
• Perform QA/QC and cross-discipline technical reviews.
