Job summary

HDR is seeking an experienced architect to lead industrial projects and multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations in the United States. The role involves planning, documentation, and construction administration of complex facilities such as data centers and water treatment plants.

You’ll collaborate with project managers, ensure design excellence, and coordinate with clients and authorities having jurisdiction. Requires licensure and strong Revit skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field required.
• Minimum 10 years experience and licensure as Architect.
• Proficient in Revit and contract document layouts.
• Strong knowledge of codes and planning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design teams and coordinate multidisciplinary staff.
• Present to owners/clients and manage code compliance reviews.
• Develop construction documents and intermediate milestones.
• Collaborate with project managers to control scope and schedule.
• Oversee QA/QC and cross-discipline reviews.
• Produce architectural specifications and addenda coordination.
