Job summary

HDR is seeking a Project Architect/Architect to lead planning, design, documentation, and construction administration for diverse projects in multiple markets, including data centers, water facilities and manufacturing. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, ensure code compliance, and maintain project quality from conception through construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• 10+ years of experience in architecture
• Registered Architect
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and MS Office
• Strong communication and design skills

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, documentation, and construction administration of multiple building types.
• Coordinate with owner/client and internal teams for code compliance.
• Direct project teams and ensure timely delivery of construction documents and milestones.
• Collaborate with PMs to manage scope and schedule.
• Produce and edit architectural specifications and contract documents.
• Coordinate with disciplines on addenda, RFIs, CPRs and change orders.
• Conduct site observations and client meetings as needed.
