Job summary

HDR is seeking an experienced architect to lead planning, design, documentation, and construction administration for data centers, water treatment facilities, manufacturing plants, offices, and operations centers.

Must have a Bachelor's in Architecture, 10+ years of experience, and be a Registered Architect. Proficiency in Revit and strong codes/plan skills are required; LEED accreditation is preferred and you will mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or closely related field is required.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
Registered Architect.
Proficient in Autodesk Revit; familiarity with related tools and processes.
Strong knowledge of codes and good planning skills.

Responsibilities

Lead design, documentation, and construction administration for diverse industrial-type facilities.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure code compliance.
Lead multidisciplinary project teams through all design phases.
Manage scope and schedule with the Project Manager.
Provide QA/QC and technical reviews of documents.
Conduct site work sessions with Client Representatives and other disciplines.
