Job summary

HDR is seeking an experienced architect to lead planning, design, documentation, and construction administration for data centers, water treatment facilities, manufacturing plants, offices, and operations centers.

Must have a Bachelor's in Architecture, 10+ years of experience, and be a Registered Architect. Proficiency in Revit and strong codes/plan skills are required; LEED accreditation is preferred and you will mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or closely related field is required.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Registered Architect.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit; familiarity with related tools and processes.
• Strong knowledge of codes and good planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, documentation, and construction administration for diverse industrial-type facilities.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure code compliance.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams through all design phases.
• Manage scope and schedule with the Project Manager.
• Provide QA/QC and technical reviews of documents.
• Conduct site work sessions with Client Representatives and other disciplines.
