Job summary

Alliiance is seeking a Senior Project Architect in Minneapolis to lead design and technical delivery across multi-studio aviation, science and tech, workplace, and public projects. The role requires licensure and 10–15 years of experience, with strong presentation and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Graduates of accredited architecture programs with 10 to 15 years of experience and are licensed.
• Candidate demonstrates strong design and construction document delivery skills.
• Proven ability to mentor team members and coordinate with consultants.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with project designer and manager to execute project plans and develop documents.
• Present directly to clients on technical and design solutions.
• Coordinate with project manager to supervise design and technical delivery.
• Coordinate moderately sized projects and consultant teams.
• Mentor team members and support QA reviews.
• Ensure projects meet budgets and schedules.
• Utilize Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite effectively.
