Job summary

Alliiance in Minneapolis is seeking a Senior Project Architect to lead multi-studio design delivery across aviation, science and tech, workplace and public studios. You will mentor staff and present technical solutions to clients, coordinating with project managers to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of licensed experience, strong Revit skills, and proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite, with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Qualifications

Licensed architect with 10 to 15 years of experience.
Graduates of accredited architecture programs.
Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong communication and client presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the project designer and manager to develop project documents across design, bidding and construction phases.
Present technical and design solutions directly to clients when required.
Coordinate with a project manager to supervise the team’s design and technical delivery.
Coordinate moderately sized projects and consultant teams with limited phasing.
Mentor team members and support quality assurance reviews.
