Qualifications

Professional degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
Licensed architect with 6+ years to 10+ years experience.

Responsibilities

Works closely with the project designer and manager; collaborates with team members.
Assists in developing project documents during design, bidding, and construction phases.
Assists in developing design concepts and details.
Assists with project presentations to the client and others as required.
Meets established project budgets and schedules and implements quality control.
Coordinates with the construction team during construction phase.
Participates in training and professional development activities.
Collaborates with team members and stakeholders through flexible work arrangements.
