Qualifications

• Professional degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
• Licensed architect with 6+ years to 10+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with the project designer and manager; collaborates with team members.
• Assists in developing project documents during design, bidding, and construction phases.
• Assists in developing design concepts and details.
• Assists with project presentations to the client and others as required.
• Meets established project budgets and schedules and implements quality control.
• Coordinates with the construction team during construction phase.
• Participates in training and professional development activities.
• Collaborates with team members and stakeholders through flexible work arrangements.
