Qualifications

• At least 8 years of architecture experience.
• Proficiency in REVIT.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
• License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform code review, complies with project budget + schedule.
• Select, evaluate + implement design components used in projects.
• Evaluate existing conditions - formulates response to challenges.
• Responsible for significant aspects of larger project, responsible for work on smaller projects.
• Responsible for daily design and technical development of project.
• Responsible to supervise/produce Construction Documents through CAD and BIM.
• Coordination and QA/QC of consultants’ work.
• Construction Administration for select projects.
