Qualifications

• Licensed architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

• Familiar with NJ & NY state and federal code compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Apply sound architectural and design techniques to all work.
• Prepare all phases of documentation for various projects.
• Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and overseeing work assignments.
• Liaise with consultants and engineers to integrate specifications.
• Develop programming documentation and preliminary designs.
