• Preferred: experience leading large or complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design projects from concept through construction.
• Prepare construction documents (plans, elevations, sections, specs) compliant with codes.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to integrate systems.
• Oversee technical aspects to ensure designs are accurate and feasible for construction.
• Conduct quality control reviews across project phases to ensure documentation compliance.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and constraints.
• Serve as primary client contact, providing progress updates and addressing questions.
• Oversee construction administration tasks including submittals and site visits.
