This leadership role requires overseeing design processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and mentoring junior staff. Candidates must have 8-10 years of experience in architecture and be a licensed architect.

You will collaborate on multidisciplinary projects, support business development, and engage with clients to ensure their needs are met while upholding Stratus®' commitment to high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect (RA) required.
• 8-10 years of experience in an architectural role.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
