Responsibilities

• Lead the development of design solutions from concept through design development.
• Prepare detailed construction documents including floor plans, elevations, sections, and specs.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal design teams.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resources.
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with plans and quality standards.
• Serve as liaison between clients, contractors, and project teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
• Ensure documentation complies with building permits, zoning, and sustainability certifications.
