Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Permanent Project Architect to join our design and civil engineering team. You will oversee all stages of projects from initial concept through final completion, leading the architectural design process and managing construction documents with Revit, AutoCAD and Enscape.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in an architectural role, strong knowledge of building codes and LEED, and excellent project management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of architectural experience, preferably in engineering.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Enscape; strong knowledge of building codes and LEED.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design from concept through completion.
• Generate and manage construction documents per codes and standards.
• Collaborate with teams, clients and regulators to meet goals, budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate with consultants and site visits to ensure design intent.
