Delta Engineers, Architects, & Surveyors seeks an experienced Architect for our Endwell, NY office. The candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in architecture with 10 years of relevant experience, or an associate’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience, and must be proficient in Revit.

AutoCAD and Lumion are highly preferred, and a Registered Architect license is required. Responsibilities include project coordination, document preparation, construction administration, and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture with 10 years of relevant experience or an associate’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Revit is required.
• AutoCAD and Lumion experience highly preferred.
• RA License is required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Project Architect with client/project coordination; project management.
• Coordinating construction document preparation under supervision of the Project Manager.
• Providing assistance in construction administration under supervision of the Project Manager.
• Assisting with project close-out including punch lists.
• Meeting with governmental agencies or officials for approvals and permits.
