Job summary

LaBella Associates is seeking an Architectural Technician for our Latham and Poughkeepsie offices. You will prepare drawings and construction documents using Revit, develop plans and details, and coordinate with structural and MEP consultants.

The role requires 2–5 years’ experience with architectural/engineering consultants, proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, and a degree in Architecture preferred. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience at architectural/engineering consultants.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture preferred.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills; team player.
• Some travel will be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings and construction documents using Revit.
• Develop plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules through all design phases.
• Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, civil consultants.
• Assist with code research, system coordination, and problem solving.
• Participate in client/consultant meetings and site visits.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs under supervision.
• Assist with construction administration including field observations.
