Job summary

Per Sé Group is seeking an experienced Project Architect in Oconomowoc, WI for a direct-hire opportunity offering $130,000-$150,000 annually. You’ll guide projects from client sketches through to final punch list and work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams.

You’ll use Revit to develop construction documents, coordinate with structural, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems, present designs to authorities, and stay involved through construction to preserve the design

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Architecture required.
• Strong Revit proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand vision, budgets and goals.
• Turn concepts into sketches and detailed plans.
• Use Revit to develop construction documents.
• Coordinate designs with structural, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• Present designs to clients and authorities.
• Partner with managers to resolve design questions and changes.
• Stay involved through construction to preserve design intent.
