Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Lead Senior Architect for its Greater Milwaukee Area team. You will own design and documentation from concept through completion, interfacing with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in architecture, professional licensure or pursuing it, and strong Revit/AutoCAD proficiency. You’ll mentor staff, manage schedules and budgets, and actively participate in client presentations and permitting processes.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) required.
• Active licensure or pursuing licensure; RA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in a project architect or similar role.
• Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD.
• Strong communication and client-first mindset.

Responsibilities
