You will lead projects from concept through design development, collaborating with clients, construction professionals, and internal stakeholders to create innovative, functional spaces.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Architecture, 5 years' experience in residential or light commercial

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Architectural licensure preferred but not required.
• Minimum 5 years of architectural design experience.
• Minimum 5 years of residential and/or light commercial construction experience.
• Strong understanding of: construction methods; building systems; building materials; applicable building codes and regulations.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects through the design phase.
• Proficiency with architectural design and drafting software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative design-build environment.

Responsibilities
