Job summary

PerSéGroup is looking for an experienced Project Architect in Oconomowoc, WI to guide projects from client sketches to final punch list. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams to develop buildable designs.

Proficiency in Revit is essential to coordinate documents, present designs to authorities, and manage multiple projects while preserving the original intent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Studies required.
• Experience translating client ideas into buildable designs preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with structural/electrical/mechanical/HVAC disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to understand vision, priorities, budgets, and goals.
• Turn concepts into sketches, design options, and detailed architectural plans.
• Use Revit to develop and coordinate construction documents and specifications.
• Coordinate architectural designs with structural, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• Present designs to clients, planning commissions, zoning boards, and other authorities.
• Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to resolve design questions and field changes.
• Stay involved through construction to ensure design intent is realized.
