As a Senior Project Architect, you will develop technical design solutions, produce construction documents, and collaborate across disciplines throughout all project phases.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop technical designs and review architectural drawings to ensure quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
• Conduct programming, code research, material and system research, and site evaluations.
• Review project products, services, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate permits, revisions, and liaise with contractors and authorities.
• Delegate tasks and mentor team members.

Required Skills

• Experience across all project phases.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software preferred.
• Knowledge of MEP and structural systems.
• Understanding of building codes and standards.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and educated in related fields.
• Professional registration is an asset.

Required Experience

• 10-15+ years of project experience.
• Experience in Commercial, Industrial, Lab/Life Sciences, Education, or Public Sector projects is advantageous.
• Salary range: $105,000 - $140,000 annually.
