Job summary

Ms consultants in Columbus, OH invites a Graduate Architect to join our Building Systems team. You will collaborate with senior architects, engineers, technicians, and staff on commercial projects, contributing to design development, drafting, and documentation.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in design calculations, quantity takeoffs, cost estimating, and plan development, with a focus on producing high-quality drawings and reports while working in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited College or University preferred.
• Experience with REVIT, AutoCAD and FormIt.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to collaborate and learn.

Responsibilities

• Technical production of plans, sections, elevations, and details for multiple project types.
• Produce documents using REVIT, AutoCAD, FormIt and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Assist project leaders to align client and design standards for each project.
• Create high quality documents and review work before hand-offs to peer reviews.
• Engage in design calculations, quantity takeoffs, cost estimating, and plan development as needed.
• Occasional field work and collaboration across disciplines.
