Job summary

ms consultants, inc. seeks a Project Architect to lead the Building Systems team on commercial projects across locations including Columbus, Pittsburgh, and Raleigh.

You will mentor colleagues and coordinate with senior architects, engineers, technicians, and staff to drive design, production, calculations, and fieldwork. Leverage Revit, AutoCAD, Excel, and MS Office to deliver high-quality documents, manage budgets, and align with Client & Technical Design Standards in a collaborative, hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture from ABET accredited or NCARB certified institution.
• Relevant training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working within technical project teams and collaborating with cross-functional service groups.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to collaborate, think creatively, and lead teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor project team members on multidiscipline projects.
• Drive design, production, calculations, bid item quantification, cost estimates, and fieldwork.
• Coordinate between in-house technical disciplines and other stakeholders.
• Monitor production hours and compare against project budgets.
• Ensure high-quality documents and hand-offs to peer reviews.
• Lead coordination of Client & Technical Design Standards per project.
