Job summary

Studio Luz Architects in Boston is seeking a Senior Project Architect with 8+ years of professional architectural experience to lead design and construction administration on a range of projects, including public and private clients.

You will mentor teams, develop BIM standards, and collaborate with Principals to deliver high-quality documentation and detailing across phases, from feasibility to construction.

Qualifications

8+ years of professional architectural experience leading projects from concept through construction administration.
Experience working with municipal or public agencies is desirable.

Responsibilities

Design & Project Leadership across all design phases.
Lead community engagement and public presentations for client groups.
QA/QC review of drawings and specifications throughout design and construction.
Mentor junior staff in building code analysis, detailing, and best practices.
Develop and evolve BIM standards, templates, workflows and SOPs.
