Qualifications

Holds a professional degree in Architecture from a NAAB accredited program.
12+ years of experience in a professional office.
Professional architectural licensure.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience guiding design concepts in a collaborative studio.
Experience managing and mentoring internal junior staff and coordinating external consultants.

Responsibilities

Lead or drive design concepts across complex project typologies.
Develop and coordinate project documentation, construction plans, and details in Revit.
Guide projects from conceptual design through completion, including management of external consultants.
Provide quality control/quality assurance during project delivery and Construction Administration.
Mentor and coordinate internal staff and project teams.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
