Job summary

LH Architects - Lucille Hinners Architecture LLC is seeking a Project Manager / Project Architect to lead high-visibility projects from early design through construction. You will guide teams, manage schedules, coordinate consultants, and ensure deliverables meet QA standards while maintaining clear client communications.

Qualified candidates bring 7+ years of relevant experience, strong Revit skills, and a track record in multifamily or commercial developments.

Qualifications

• 7 years minimum experience, PM/Project Architect experience preferred
• Licensed Architect preferred or path toward licensure
• Proficiency with Revit and BIM workflows required
• Experience with multidisciplinary coordination and client presentations
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the project team through multiple design and construction stages
• Coordinate consultants and integrate deliverables into drawings
• Drive project communications with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Maintain QA/QC standards for accuracy and constructability
• Manage zoning/building code research and regulatory compliance
• Support construction administration and project closeout
• Lead pursuits, proposals, and firm growth initiatives
• Advance Revit standards and BIM workflows as the firm scales
