Senior Project Architect – Sarasota, FL

A quality design-focused, Florida-based architecture firm with a strong regional reputation is seeking a Licensed Senior Project Architect to join its growing Sarasota office. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a collaborative and experienced team with a focus on civic, public safety, municipal, and educational projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead projects from concept through construction administration
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal team members
• Ensure quality control, code compliance, and project delivery standards
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive and collaborative studio culture

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience, with a portfolio reflecting relevant project types (civic, public safety, education, etc.)
• Strong design, documentation, and technical skills
• Proficiency in Revit and knowledge of industry-standard software
• Effective communication and leadership skills
