Job Title:Senior Technical Architect (SAP)
Rate: $74 - $76 per hour
Location: Remote (prefersEST OR CST CANDIDATES)
- The SAP Technical Architect - Senior is a subject matter expert in one or several SAP technologies, and can have technical management responsibilities.
- The SAP Technical Architects research and design technology solutions that may span the full spectrum of hardware and software, as it relates to SAP products.
- They may create prototypes and lead initial development or enhancement efforts and provide recommendations regarding technology.
- This individual concentrates on SAP solutions to significantly impact the operational effectiveness of the organization or cutting edge technologies that will drive new business.
- Provide assistance with escalated support issues, mentor others within technology-related areas, and provide subject matter expertise on project teams.
- The SAP Technical Architect Senior can assume leadership responsibilities of specific efforts or technical tasks, and guide peers and more junior team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with SAP ECC, Kronos, and other timekeeping systems.
- Proven experience in configuring and implementing payroll and timekeeping solutions.
- Strong understanding of labor relations and union management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
