Purpose
As a Senior/Project Architect, you'll drive the architectural documentation for our projects from initial concept to project close out. Working closely with the Principal Architect and Business Development Managers, you'll engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their vision, then collaborate with the PSI team to craft solutions. Your responsibilities will cover the full project lifecycle, utilizing your expertise in the listed areas.
Responsibilities
- Use REVIT for architectural design and Bluebeam Revu for coordination.
- Manage production efforts on projects/designs.
- Assist with preliminary program assessments.
- Lead development of construction documents, code studies, and manage construction administration.
- Work with Principal Architect and school administration to determine project needs.
- Collaborate on project procurement strategies.
Technical Skills
- Develop design concepts ensuring alignment with client vision and regulations.
- Produce accurate construction documents.
- Coordinate building systems (structural, MEP) with engineers.
- Navigate building codes and regulations.
- Oversee construction administration and site observations.
- Apply sustainable design principles, including LEED, WELL, etc.
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office.
Communication & Collaboration
- Participate in project meetings and presentations.
- Present to clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with engineering teams and consultants.
- Develop strategies for new business opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications
- Masters or Bachelors in Architecture.
- Architect License required.
- 7-12 years documentation experience.
- 5+ years in commercial building projects.
- Experience with Design/Build and K-12 projects is a plus.
