Senior Project Architect - Construction Detailing – Cleveland, OH

Salary Range: $75K - $100K - Permanent Position with Benefits.

An architectural firm on the west side is seeking to hire a Senior Project Architect.

Requirements

• 10 to 20 years of experience working on a variety of projects, preferably in commercial, educational, restaurant, and hospitality facilities at the Project Management level.
• Excellent construction detailing skills are preferred.
• Ability to build and develop client relations.
• Provide design guidance to clients to realize their ideas.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit is desired.

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
