Description:
Our client is currently seeking an Senior Project Architect to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Plans, organizes, and manages the work of the project team while ensuring adherence to design intent.
• Maintains a collaborative working relationship with leadership, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Reviews documents for adherence to building codes, regulations, and technical project requirements.
• Tracks project budgets, fees, labor costs, and schedules to ensure financial and contractual compliance.
• Maintains ongoing client communication, keeping them informed of project progress while identifying new business opportunities.
• Ensures integrated sustainable design solutions and oversees construction documents to align with project vision.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s in Architecture or Engineering.
• Licensed Architect or Engineer.
• 12-15 years of experience, including project management.
• Strong knowledge of design, trends, and construction methodology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Revit & Newforma preferred.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
