Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect/Senior Architect with expertise in OSHPD regulations and HCAi processes. The ideal candidate will lead architectural projects from inception through completion, ensuring compliance with health care standards and facilitating the delivery of high-quality design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architectural design and coordination of OSHPD-regulated projects.
  • Prepare and review construction documents and specifications to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to meet project goals.
  • Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the construction administration phase.
  • Utilize Revit for project modeling and documentation to enhance project delivery efficiency.
  • Conduct project meetings and maintain communication with clients and project teams to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals from regulatory agencies, including HCAi.
  • Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on best practices related to OSHPD and health care design.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed Architect (AIA, NCARB certification preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of architectural experience, with a focus on health care design and OSHPD projects.
  • Proficient in Revit and other architectural design software.
  • Experience with construction administration and managing construction documents.
  • Strong understanding of LEED building standards and sustainability practices (LEED AP preferred).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work in a team environment.
