The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is seeking a highly motivated Project Analyst to provide project management support for Bettis Construction Projects, utilizing Primavera P6 for scheduling and coordinating with stakeholders.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience (or a Master's with 2+), strong Excel and PowerBI skills, and a track record in cost control, risk management, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or Master's with 2+ years.
• Proficiency in Primavera scheduling software.
• Experience managing financial information.
• Coursework or experience in project management.
• Experience analyzing performance to plan.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficiency with PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support for on-site Bettis Construction Projects.
• Utilize Primavera P6 for scheduling.
• Manage resources, budgeting, and cost control.
• Measure project performance and manage change control.
• Coordinate and integrate project team efforts; communicate with stakeholders.
• Develop procedures and guides; manage SharePoint sites.
