Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
• 5–7 years of progressively responsible accounting experience, with at least 5 years in project accounting.
• Experience in an architecture/engineering/construction environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project accounting team and manage workload coordination.
• Oversee client invoicing, cash receipts, and billing processes.
• Generate project reports and maintain project setup in accounting systems.
• Support audit activities and prepare documentation for auditors.
• Identify process improvements to enhance billing accuracy and controls.
