Job summary

Ledcor is seeking a Senior Project Accountant to support the financial success of major projects. You will own project accounting—accounts receivable, payroll, invoicing, month-end close, and reporting—driving timely, accurate data and insights for decision-making.

Bases in Reno, NV or Cincinnati, OH with hybrid work. Requires 5+ years' experience and a post-secondary business degree; strong analytical, communication, and ERP knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a similar project accounting role.
• Post-secondary business degree required.
• Experience in commercial construction or related industries preferred.
• JD Edwards or similar ERP experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and overall Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project costs and provide insights for decision-making.
• Manage accounts receivable, payables, payroll, and invoicing across projects.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate data and timely reporting.
• Support month-end close, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and subcontract administration.
