The Intersect Group is seeking a Project Accountant to manage accounting for major projects, tracking costs and updating estimates. You will work with the Project Manager and Finance to ensure WIP accuracy and timely invoicing.

Responsibilities include cost accruals, revenue recognition, PO analysis, and financial reporting, with collaboration across accounts payable, receivable and payroll to keep processes efficient and compliant.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is preferred.
• Strong analytical and numeric accuracy with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.

Aufgaben

• Set up, control and maintain project costing data.
• Support payroll project coding administration.
• Review and correct job cost coding across projects.
• Perform month-end activities including cost accruals and revenue recognition.
• Prepare and analyze project financial reports and cost to complete.
