Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration is required.
• 3–6 years of project accounting or billing experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Deltek preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Managers to establish budgets and request funding.
• Provide updates on project financials in meetings.
• Advise on contract modifications and client invoicing.
• Mentor junior staff and support training.
• Monitor budgets and update Deltek Vantagepoint throughout the life cycle.
• Prepare government and private client invoices with documentation.
