Base Pay Range

$80,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Overview

This person will support accounting, billing, PnL statement reviews, apply revenue standard ASC 606 to project and assist with project set up.

Responsibilities

• Assist accounting with journal entries related to project costs, revenues and adjustments.
• Review contracts, set up project codes, revenue methods and billing formulas.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, cost analysis, variance analysis, and profitability assessments.
• Prepare and review invoices.
• Client management — communicate with project managers and clients as needed.
• Support process improvement initiatives and assist manager with other ad hoc reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5 years of progressive experience in engineering consulting, technology, retail or related industries.
• Understanding of ASC 606.
