Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 6+ years, or PhD with 3+ years in U.S. Government contracts or program management.
• Experience leading teams to deliver tasks on schedule, cost, and requirements.
• Experience in microelectronics, advanced packaging, and government/customer interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Shape, capture, and execute advanced packaging technology development programs.
• Lead cost, schedule, and technical performance for programs and interfaces with customers and partners.
• Manage budgets and baselines, and ensure compliance with contract scope and change control.
