Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Programs Manager to lead the customer experience and set a strategic direction for account growth. The role is open to remote candidates based in the United States, with preference for the Moncks Corner, SC area but fully remote is possible.

In this position you will drive account growth, ensure contractual obligations are met, manage capital expenditures, and oversee working capital and DSO. Occasional travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of project management experience.
• Logistics industry and supply chain knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree or MBA or advanced degree.
• Six Sigma or process improvement certifications.

• Direct capital expenditure and asset deployment activities.
• Manage account-driven initiatives, including AR collections, working capital and DSO.

This role is open to candidates who are based remotely anywhere in the United States. Candidates located in Moncks Corner, SC metro area.

Responsibilities

• Drive new account growth through effective solutions development
• Ensure contractual compliance and that customer obligations are met
• Direct capital expenditure and asset deployment activities
• Manage account-driven initiatives, including accounts receivable collections, working capital and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
• Ensure annual profit, efficiency and quality goals are attained at each client engagement; track progress and manage through obstacles to achieve program objectives

Travel Requirements

• Ability to travel up to 75% of the
• Must possess a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or passport to comply with federal travel regulations.
• Ability to travel domestically via road, rail and air as required for the role and pursuant to Company travel and expense requirements.
