GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Center Programs Manager. This role is open to remote candidates anywhere in the United States, with a preference for Dallas/Fort Worth area.

You will manage customer experience, set strategic direction, and drive account growth across clients. Travel up to 75% and lead cross-functional program initiatives. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management, strong logistics knowledge, a degree (MBA or related), and Six Sigma/Kaizen certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Proven logistics/supply chain management knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or related advanced degree.
• Six Sigma, Kaizen or process-improvement certifications.
• Ability to develop insightful analyses with clear explanations.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of new accounts through effective solutions.
• Ensure contractual obligations and customer milestones are met.
• Direct capital expenditure and asset deployment activities.
• Manage account-driven initiatives including AR, working capital and DSO.

As the Senior Data Center Programs Manager you will manage the customer experience and establish a strategic direction and plan for customer account growth. This role is open to candidates who are based remotely anywhere in the United States. Preferred Candidates located in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metro Area.

Responsibilities

• Drive new account growth through effective solutions development
• Ensure contractual compliance and that customer obligations are met
• Direct capital expenditure and asset deployment activities
• Manage account-driven initiatives, including accounts receivable collections, working capital and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
• Ensure annual profit, efficiency and quality goals are attained at each client engagement; track progress and manage through obstacles to achieve program objectives

Travel Requirements

• Ability to travel up to 75% of the
• Must possess a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or passport to comply with federal travel regulations.
• Ability to travel domestically via road, rail and air as required for the role and pursuant to Company travel and expense requirements.
