Job summary

General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (OTS) seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead internal programs from initiation to completion. You will plan, monitor and coordinate staffing, resourcing and reporting across disciplines to deliver on schedule and budget.

Responsibilities include managing P&L for specific programs, integrating work with functional departments, and providing updates to senior management. Travel up to 25% is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and 8-10 years' experience, or an equivalent combination
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Has P&L responsibilities for specific program(s)
• Participates in planning, budgeting, staffing and performance for corporate programs
• Liaises with functional departments and tracks utilization to ensure milestones are met on time
• Evaluates program effectiveness by collecting and analyzing data for KPIs
• Ensures activities comply with policies and external regulations
• Provides reports and updates to senior management or stakeholders
