Qualifikationen

• Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 8-10 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education /or Experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Plan, monitor and manage internal programs from initiation through completion
• Leads or coordinates programs, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, troubleshooting and indirect people management
• Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions
• Directs the work of programs staff to ensure that work is completed on time or in accordance with established standards
