Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Events Strategy Manager in San Francisco to scale our event portfolio with a customer-focused, programmatic approach. You will own end-to-end event execution, from strategy through post-event follow-up, partnering with sales, marketing, product, and leadership to drive measurable business impact.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in event marketing or related fields, strong organizational skills, and experience with large tradeshow productions and executive programs.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in event marketing, marketing operations, or program management in a high-growth, high-tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute a diverse portfolio of events including large-scale trade shows and high-touch executive programs.
• Establish scalable event processes, templates, and best practices for increasing volume and quality.
• Develop and manage event project plans, timelines, budgets, and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, product, and leadership for cohesive events.
• Oversee all event logistics, vendor management, contracts, registrations, booth design, staffing, and post-event follow-up.
• Track event ROI and provide data-driven improvements for future events.
