Job summary

HP is seeking a Program Manager to join the Chief of Staff Office. The role will coordinate executive communications, employee engagement, intern programs, and site governance, driving cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced global engineering environment.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, skilled at managing executive priorities, and capable of delivering operational excellence across multiple programs, including communications and leadership planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of program management, business operations, chief of staff, or organizational effectiveness experience.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and complex organizations.
• Strong project and program management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee engagement activities across the organization.
• Lead logistical planning for all-hands meetings, town halls, leadership events, and employee programs.
• Support execution of Annual Employee Meeting (AEM) planning and logistics.
• Drive recognition programs including WoW Awards and other employee recognition activities.
• Help create programs that strengthen organizational culture and employee experience.
