Job summary

The Boulder Chamber is seeking a Senior Program Coordinator to lead a portfolio of Chamber programs including BYP, BWLG, Boulder Home Pros, EAP, the Non-Profit Group, Chamber University, and Policy Programs. This role acts as the backbone for Events & Programs, setting timelines, budgets, and coordinating with advisory committees, speakers, and vendors.

The position offers hybrid work with core hours, and requires strong project management, communication, and budget oversight.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of progressive program management experience.
• Experience with advisory committees, volunteers, or boards preferred.
• Proficient with Airtable and CRM systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned Chamber programs and advisory committees; schedule agendas, materials, minutes, and follow-up.
• Translate program goals into actionable plans with leadership and partners; keep operating guidelines current.
• Review goals, participation, and results; recommend improvements to future programming.
