• Performs complex computer programming work including planning, designing, coding, testing and documenting applications.
• Provides technical support and analysis for programming activities across front-end, back-end, and data access layers.
• Coordinates and schedules programming projects and ensures alignment with agency standards and best practices.
• Participates in system design, production support, and customer service for software systems and interfaces.
• Ensures accessibility and security considerations in web applications.
