What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop complex solutions using the Jack Henry product suite and other industry-standard programming languages
- Act as project lead for core ecosystem initiatives, implementing new business processes within the Agile framework
- Analyze business requirements and recommend technology solutions, translating them into technical specifications
- Conduct full regression analysis and QA of code, including documentation for User Acceptance Testing
- Maintain core banking application suite and provide 24x7 support for critical applications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of five years of hands-on systems analysis/business requirements experience supporting enterprise-level systems
- Minimum of five years of experience in Symitar Power On development
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to anticipate implications and consequences
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to actively listen and share critical information
