Our Collections Law Firm client is seeking a Senior Programmer Analyst to assist with an ongoing conversion from Collections Master to the Cogent platform. The Analyst will work with internal teams to design and implement workflows in the Cogent platform as they continue to integrate their client base into the new Cogent platform. Beyond workflow design, you will assist with documentation, troubleshooting and overall implementation support.

***MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH COGENT, 3rd PARTY COLLECTIONS SYSTEMS EXPERENCE***

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advise, appropriately challenge, and refine business process and data requirements.
• Transfer business requirements into functional workflow designs.
• Create test cases, use cases, user stories and technical documentation as applicable.
• Analyze and dissect existing forms, logic, workflows, and business rules and document the information in a transferable way.
• Analyze software application functionality and integrate with firm processes.
• Assist with mapping and creation of EDI data, form implementation and workflow solutions for all clients in firm system of record.
• Assist as requested with researching complex coding issues and developing simplified solutions for smooth production processes, adherence to firm policies and procedures that exceed industry standards.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in project focused role providing data analytics, and business process requirements and technical documentation or workflows with Cogent Collection System
• Basic coding skills such as formatting, conditionals, and formulas.
• Experience delivering high-impact project management, process improvement and/or organization change management projects.
• Basic understanding or work experience of Microsoft SQL Server.
• Previous experience in the collections and/or legal industry.
• Experience in building tasks, codes, and workflows in the Cogent Collection System.
